1940s Franciscan Apple Covered Casserole Vegetable MINT This auction is for a Franciscan Apple pattern Covered Casserole or Vegetable Bowl. It is 10 inches long (including the handles) with 2 handles. Both the bowl & the lid are in Mint condition. The bowl is marked on the bottom & says "Hand Decorated, Franciscan Ware, Made in California USA" which is the mark that was used from 1940 to 1947. This dish stands approx. 4 inches tall. There are no chips, cracks , crazing or stains anywhere on this dish. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!!
