This auction offers the beautiful FRANKOMA Pottery #84 1 quart THUMBPRINT (or Finger Print?) DECANTER glazed in the factory's famous PRAIRIE GREEN rutile glaze. The hard-to-find original round Cork Stopper is included. The 7 1/2" piece dates to the 1940s with its light tan Ada Clay and small letter hand-incised mark used through the decade. The decanter itself is in excellent estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. T are a couple of small factory glaze skips at the bottom (see photo)--not noticeable but mentioned for accuracy. Unfortunately the cork stopper has a very old repair but luckily it is on the underside and does not affect display. Please see photo to evaluate. The classy Thumbprint Decanter will be a welcome addition to any collection! U.S. shipping and very careful packing will vary with your postal zone. Please see the USPS estimate above. And be sure to check my other auctions for two more unusual older Frankoma pieces and save on combined shipping!
