You are bidding on a 1940's General Telivision tube radio, model 9B6. This lovely unit is in great condition, (see pictures). When powered up, it played just fine, (it works). This is one of the harder colors to find (black & White trim). It measures 8 1/2" long by 6" tall by 6" wide. It is made out of bakelite, and has the right front square dial, left horizontal grill bars, handle, 2 knobs and is a BC set. This is a very nice retro era General Telivision tube radio and would make a wonderful addition to any collection, it would also make a very nice gift idea as well. Overseas bidders are welcome to bid on this one as well, but please ask for a shipping quote before you bid if that is an issue with you. I am running several tube radios as well as tubes this week, buy 2 or more auctions and save on shipping w poss. Attn. Bidders: All of our radios are sold for historical & display purposes. We do not test them to see if they work or not (unless stated in the auction description), it seems that most of our radios do indeed work because we try and purchase only the nicer radios, not the junk sets, and if that is the case then that is a bonus to you.
