From my parent's home - 1940's door knob sets. The first set are glass, and come with complete hardware. The glass knobs measure 2" across and 1" tall, the brass base unit 1 1/4" tall. The second set is just the glass knobs with no hardware. They measure 2" across and 1 1/4" tall with the brass base being 1 1/4". This set is a floral cut, with a raised dimple in the center. The third set is a brass closet door pull set. The knobs measure 2 1/2" across and 2" tall and have the rod with them. The glass sets are perfect with no chips or cracks, but the brass would need to be cleaned before mounting. The brass set has no dings, but a lot of years of hand oil on them, and would need to be cleaned and polished before mounting. My brother is just starting to remodel my parent's old house, and as he moves along, more vintage hardware will be listed.
