I believe this Wards Hawthorne is early 1940's. What you see is what you get. NO wheels, pedals, chain, grips, horn, or headlight. Slap those parts on and you have a nice bike. Definitely not a professional restoration but it was stripped down and repainted. Fenders are really straight. Tank had some filler work. The seat post is stuck. It might not be that bad but I don't have the right tools to work it loose I had to point out the issues with it. I really think that this is a great start to a cool bike.
