This is a rare hard to find Vintage Massey Harris- Better Built Farm Equipment Clock. This clock came from a recently closed up dealership that opened in the mid 40's. Grandpa opened the dealership and it was handed down through generations, this clock has been hung on the wall since it first opened. We took this clock from the wall and did nothing to it, except wipe off the dust, it tells time perfectly, the neon is not broken but it does not light up. The glass is not chipped or cracked, if you notice in the close up picture near the 6 and 7 the paint is just starting to crack and I believe this is probably because of the neon heat, we were told this did light up, up until a few months ago. This measures approx. 6 1/4" x 2" deep, the transformer box in the back is approx. 4 1/2" x 6", the cord is starting to split, the coloring is very bright and not faded. As I said this is a hard to find piece in the good condition it's in, and an asset to any Massey collector. Sold in "as is, as found" condition. Any questions please make sure to ask before you bid. We would like to have this piece picked up or able to meet so this would not have to be shipped, if this is not a possibility we will probably have this crated, so exact shipping will be determined at the end of the auction. NOTE:: this is a very heavy piece and if it does get shipped it will not be cheap. BID HIGH - BID OFTEN, CLOCKS LIKE THIS DON'T COME ALONG EVERYDAY!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!
