A lovely Price Kensington Cottage Ware "YE OLDE COTTAGE" cookie jar. The cookie jar is in the shape of an English thatched roof cottage with a wicker handle. The thatched roof is the cover of the cookie jar. The jar has a wicker handle. This Cottage Ware cookie jar is in excellent condition except for one handle loop which has been covered with tape. The handle loops over a knob on the side of the of the cottage. The cookie jar measures 7" tall x 7" wide x 5" deep with the handle down and 11" tall with the handle up. The bottom of the cookie jar has an impressed "YE OLDE COTTAGE" and Made in England and a green stamped: Price Kensington, garland, Made in England, Cottage Ware, Reg. No. 845007.
