This delightful pin is signed STARET. I believe it's made from pot metal and decorated with enamel and clear rhinestones as well as large, unfoiled stones in blue/aqua and pink. The pin measures about 4 inches x about 2 1/8 inches. T is some wear to the enamel and the clear stones have some clouding. I did not clean this pin because I believe it's restoration should be left to a professional. I know the large stones will look MUCH better is just gently cleaned. What I love about the enamel is that it's placed in the curves of the leaf and the bow or whatever is wrapping the stems of the flowers. I would rate condition as good with lots of potential. We typically ship via first class if an item is light enough and "handling" is whatever is left over. WE COMBINE SHIPPING. You do not HAVE to buy insurance or delivery confirmation but we suggest at least one for all items. Insurance covers you in case of loss or damage, delivery confirmation does not. It provides you, however, with a way of tracking the progess of your package. We take great care in packaging and mailing your purchases but we can't be responsible for the actions of the USPS. If you would like to BUY delivery confirmation, please let us know IN ADVANCE OF PAYING FOR YOUR ITEM(S) and we can add this to your invoice . Personal checks are fine but t is a 7-10 business day hold for items paid for in this manner. Thanks for respecting this policy.
