From a S outh I ndiana E state...this genuine vintage 1940's World War II Era US NAVY SEAMANS Winter Crackerjack Uniform . This Naval uniform belonged to W.A. KLEE Pharmacist 3rd Class while serving on the U.S.S. TODD . Made of 100% wool material in the standard Navy blue color. The Naval Blouse measurements as follows: < Chest - 36" (measured from armpit to armpit & doubled) < Length - 25" (measured from collar seam to bottom of jacket) I offer either USPS Parcel Select or Priority shipping for this item; Postage, Item Tracking, Insurance & handling are all included in shipping cost (US only).I would say that this would be considered a small size uniform. I have reverified the measurements. If you are purchasing this as a costume or to wear for whatever reason, be sure your measurements are accurate as well. Understand that this material does not stretch so you will need to measure smaller than the uniform measurements.
