This is a RARE - OLD - VINTAGE 1940'S - WORLD WAR TWO - WORLD WAR 2 - WW2 - WWII - what I believe to be - a U.S. ARMY - UNITED STATES ARMY - PATCH. It is as shown and is an EMBROIDERED PATCH on FELT material, is 3" in diameter, and appears to be an ARMY MEDIVAC patch. It is marked with the name SNARKY on it and pictures a ST. BERNARD DOG with a RED CROSS vest and a RED CROSS in the back ground. It could possibly be THEATER MADE!? It is in excellent condition with some very minor storage wear! This patch came from the collection of a WORLD WAR 2 VETERAN who collected military patches during the war! Some of them may have the initials of the collector - MC - lightly printed on the back, and some of them may have some staining on the back (from being mounted in an album). You buy this patch for a very low opening bid AS-IS as described!
