This 22 jewel Elgin watch is 69 years old. It runs fine and keeps accurate time. It is U.S. military issue.This is a 16 size watch. The diameter of the case is 2".The movement is marked "B.W.RAYMOND 22 JEWELS 41758161 ADJUSTED 5 POSITIONS TEMPERATURE ELGIN NAT'L. WATCH CO. U.S.A." The movement looks clean and it is nicely engraved.The back of the case is marked "AN-5740 MFRS. PART NO. 1790 CONT. NO. W535-AC-37880 SER. NO. AF-43-7944 ELGIN."The inside of the case is marked "CASED AND TIMED BY ELGIN NATIONAL WATCH CO.
