Spiral bound in illustrated hard card covers, 7.5" x 5", 28 un-numbered pages.Beautifully illustrated with Hans Flato iconic Art Deco designs, in-text, printed in red, one illustration printed in red and black.Hans Flato (1887-1950) was a German immigrant and renowned Art Deco Artist and Illustrator.The National Brewing Company of Baltimore, Maryland introduced their National Premium Beer in 1936. It was marketed as a gourmet beer and over time the company and its wonderful advertising, including the iconic and deco logo of Mr. Boh and Mr. Pilsner, became synonymous with Baltimore.A lovely little cookbook catering to lovers of fine beer and fine foods. A collection of the great foods for which Maryland is famous. Recipes include: Maryland Oyster Pie, Baltimore Crab Cakes, Carroll County Fried Chicken, Colonial Maryland Sausage, Maryland Farm Stew, and my favorite the Manhattan - in the Maryland manner, using only pure Baltimore Rye.VERY GOOD Condition.
