Quit a bit of WWII history Photograph album with 35 actual photographs, some pretty graphic & disturbing, apparently taken by the army soldier during his tour of duty. Many of the photos have things written on the back and dated 1942 . One photo says "Spitfire in Action". one says Cairo At Air raid time,Mohamad Ali Square,The Citadel,etc. T is one of the soldier leaving from a railroad track site I guess to go to war from Ester Field Louisiana 1942. T is also a group photo of 1627th Ordnance , Italy , Dec. 1942. T are 4 metals , one says France, Africa,RAF, Royal Army Service corp and one appears to be the "Site" from a service weapon, quite possibly his. It is a nice find and hopefully someone out t will think so too. I don't run accross things like this too often. T is another whole box of letters, post cards, greeting cards, more photos and misc. that I purchased along with this. I will be listing those as well as soon as I can reasonably sort through them well enough to photograph them properly and list them with enough informative descriptions.
