This 26 7/8 inch machete is in good to very good condition with some wear and sharpening. The blade is 21 3/4 inches by 2 1/4 inches (at widest), the handle is approx 5 1/8 inches with a few dings and wear. The blade is stamped "US" with an arm and hammer logo and "Legitimus Collins & Co 1942" The 3 1/2 inch by 22 inch Leather Sheath is marked on the back "U.S. Boyt 1942" It is in good condition with wear from use and some slight damage at the point, from being stood on end. This piece was purchased at an estate sale with no other info.
