Up for auction is a beautiful and exceptionally rare cover from Nazi Germany occupied Poland in Radom Poland. Sent via Prisoner of War feldpost to the Polizei Battalion 51 in Strassbourg, Alsace. Unpostmarked datewise. In excellent condition. Priced to sell. Very nice postal history cover. In July 1942 Battalion 51 became SS Polizei Regiment 14. This cover is very rare because it documents the process of how a prisoner of war became a "volunteer" in the Waffen SS.
