This is an OLD Kollomorgen Optical Corp. 16 Power QM U.S.N. Bu. Spy Glass from 1942 ! In its original Oak Box. Box Measures 32 1/2" x 5" x5" ...Spy Glass measure 31" long. VERY Heavy!!! The plaque on the box says: Kollomorgen Optical Corp. 16 power QM Spy Glass U.S.N. Bu. Ships Serial # 22717 The Spy Glass says US NAVY Bu Ships QM 16 Power MKINO 22717 1942 This is a very very rare find! The Oak box has 1 part of the latch missing on one side. I have tried to take as many photos as I can so you can see everything and its condition. This has been stored away since its use in 1942. While I would like to add the lense appears dirty but I am NOT going to clean it as I will leave that up to whoever buys this if they choose to take it apart to clean it. Otherwise it appears to work fine! Local pick up is always an option. I will not ship international on this item. I will only accept cash or postal money order before shipping and will require buyer to have insurance. I will do everything in MY power to see to it this item is shipped safely to you!
