A World War II US Army Air Forces Gulf Coast Training Center Jones Field Bonham, Texas 1942 yearbook. This is the 1942 yearbook for the USAAC officers and enlisted men in the early stages of WWII. T is a forward written by Lieutenant General Henry H. "Hap" Arnold with portrait, and pictures of famous men including Brigadier General Jimmy Doolittle. T is a section with the history of the air service WINGS OVER AMERICA. The pages are filled with great photos of base activities, training, equipment, and daily life on the base. The book is in pretty good shape. The spine is still intact and attached. T is some slight storage wear, but nothing too bad. this is a nice one!. Many of the photos of enlisted and officers have notations on them such as SPUN IN. This is common in yearbooks. The book measures 12 1/4" x 9".
