We scan the images at a minimum of 600 dpi, which combined with the size of the negative itself, allows you to reproduce a quality larger print. Once you purchase the CD-ROM via the PayPal link above, we burn the image to CD-ROM and include it in your package. For an additional $5 ($11 total), we have our in-house graphic artist touch up the images in Photoshop. ABOUT THE PHOTOS WE SELL: You may purchase an 8x10 photograph of this image for an additional $7. Using the high-resolution scan of the negatives we have, we resize and print 8x10 photos of the image(s). We produce the photos on FujiFilm stock using FujiFilm ASK dye sublimation printers, giving you a very high quality photograph with an archival rating of 100 years. We use the original high-res scans of these images--not the scaled down images you see as a part of this eBay listing. For an additional $5 ($12 total), we have our in-house graphic artist touch up the images in Photoshop. We have acquired a large collection of original newspaper large format negatives, specifically from the Chicago Sun Times. Each of the negatives measures 4"x5", is in excellent condition, and is capable of producing extremely large high-resolution reproductions.
