Up for auction is a very rare and hard to find original B-17 Flying Fortress Bomber pilot training manual. The manual features 206 pages and was issued in 1944, during the latter part of WWII. This manual is loaded with text, information, photos and so much more. From instructions, safety, instrument reading, artillery, radio use, communication, engine, loading bombs, flying, landing and so much more. This was a restricted manual for only the flight crew on a B-17. It also features cut-away photos of the B-17 and a foldout photo of the instrument panel. The manual is 100% original and a very hard WWII item to find. It has some light wear on the cover, but the inside of the manual is in excllent shape. T are no missing pages, no torn pages, no seperated pages, no water damage and the only wear is on the cover, as seen below. The manual measures approx. 8 1/4 by 10 1/2 inches and is a must for any collector. This was found at a recent 90 year estate of along time Marine Officer and was safely stored away for years. Keep an eye on my other auctions for other AAF and USMC items from the same estate. Including other airplane manuals, models and much more. Good luck and feel free to email me with any questions. I will also combine shipping on multiple wins to save on shipping costs! The glare spots are from the lights reflection and NOT
