1944 Norfolk Sectional Aeronautical Chart Aeronautical Chart of Norfolk (RS-9), dated May 11, 1944, compiled and printed at Washington D C by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, under authority of the Secretary of Commerce. Bordering maps are T-8 Huntington, T-9 Washington, S-8 Winston-Salem, R-8 Charlotte, and Q-8 Savannah. Map measures 42" x 26". It is marked " RESTRICTED " with the following notations at the bottom: "Consult Civil Aeronautics Administration Notices for changes occuring in aeronautical information on this chart after May 11, 1944." "WARNING: Due to war conditions, lights, radio facilities and other aids to air navigation may be changed or discontinued without notice".
