Guaranteed 100% old and vintage! You are bidding on a rare and original pin-up treasure, "Esquire's 1944 Varga Calendar Yearbook" by the king of pin-up art, Alberto Vargas. Published by Esquire Magazine's commercial division, the Yearbook is slightly different than the more commonly seen Varga Girl calendar for the same year. The 12 page Yearbook features the same sexy bombshell beauties, but without a verse or calendar printed on the same page. Instead the 12 awesome pin-up girls in their sexy, seductive poses are featured within a self-framed format, the calendar is on the reverse side. Folio design with 12 inside pages. Lightweight cardboard cover front and back, showing a silhouetted nude forming the V in Varga on both front and back. Outside cover shows wear along edges, but the inside pages are clean, white and mint condition. Measures 10 x 14 inches, when opened fully the entire piece measures 20 inches long (see January). G uaranteed old, antique and as described, not a newer reprint, restrike or reproduction. This has to be mailed flat, so can not be combined with large items that have to be rolled in a tube. Buyer to pay postage and insurance. Items can be combined for shipping, no extra charge for additional items. The only exception is large cardboard calendars that need to packaged flat can not be mailed with larger items that need to be rolled. All rolled items will be mailed in rigid round tube. Prints 8 x 10 or smaller can be sent first class if requested, larger items will be sent priority/ insured. International buyers please note - all items are sent Priority which includes insurance. It is more expensive than Air Mail, so please contact me for rates.
