Lot of 17 documents belonging to a Jewish soldier from Palestine, served in the British army years 1945 - 1946. Including 13 black and white photos from Italy - Rome, France and Germany. All photos have Hebrew inscription on back describing the place. Also 4 letters - 2 in Hebrew 2 in French. The Hebrew ones describe the condition in Palestine right after the war - mood and refugees arriving - children and adults from holocaust Europe. Size of pictures varies - the biggest near the Gate of Victory in Paris - 14.5 x 8 cm. the smallest 8.5 x 6 cm. All in good condition .
