is a real old plat book of eau claire county from 1945. it includes a loose colored map the townships. it is in good condition for it's age. the cover is loose and a corner is missig on the bottom. the pages in the book are very graphic with distinct design works. to many different items to describe. if you have an interest in the history of this area this book has hours and hours of useful information as well as being very interesting and entertaining. to much to go into. id be typing all night. i had a hard time trying to figure out which photos to put into this ad. the book is complete with land owners names, land formations, rivers, etc
