Registered cover to the USA with 10 Lire stamp with INVERTED OVERPRINT 2. Registered cover to the USA with 10c stamp with INVERTED OVERPRINT NOTE: In 30 years, these are the only 2 covers I have seen to a country outside of Italy and Trieste, with Overprint errors. 3.
