1946 CENTURY BOAT fold out comes along with an original typed letter to person inquiring about a type of boat this fella was seeking to purchase-> "CAR-BORNE". The letter explains that the availabilty of marine grade plywood was uncertain(1946) and that CENTURY BOAT COMPANY not be able to start building this boat until late summer. The letter is dated APRIL,1946. Also included is a 1946 (Partial) price list for boats and EXTRA and DELUXE equiptment for the 13/1/2 foot SPORTSMAN SERIES. The fold out itself has a couple of minor tears-but still in overall good condition given the age. I have shown the FRONT of the fold out over top of part of the price list page. But is you can't=I'll list them below. *Photo of single boat: very small tear at the top right side-and the middle of the fold is not connected for about inch in length. *Photo of two boats/bottom: small tear at the top=over near the word: PRODUCTION *Payment to be received within 7 days-(personal checks to clear before shipping)-please include auction item numbers along with your payment * PAY PAL, U S postal money orders, U S currency or U S checks accepted *Request a shipping quote for any place other than the U S *Insurance is optional within U S only *Will combine postage *Indiana residents to include 6% sales tax or provide current resale tax number *THANKS for looking and please check out my other listings!
