THIS MIGHT BE THE FIRST CAMPAIGN MATERIAL FOR RICHARD M. NIXON This brochure is 9" tall by 4" wide, unfolded. On the cover is a picture of Nixon (what a baby-face!) and: " RICHARD M. NIXON Is The MAN YOU Want for CONGRESSMAN 12th District because-" Very interesting reading inside the pamphlet . It is entitled: " RICHARD M. NIXON Is ONE of US " and includes Nixon's history and accomplishments. *"He has a working knowledge of farm problems..." This section talks about Nixon's jobs as a young adult. "He worked his way through college and law school as a clerk in a store, a service station operator, a fruit grader in a packing house. "He knows what it means to earn a dollar-the problems of the working man." * "He has practical knowledge of business problems." This section talks about his days as a lawyer "...After V-J Day he represented the Navy in negotiations involving $300,000,000 worth of war contracts." * I love this one: "Richard Nixon has a charming wife and is the proud father of a baby daughter." The pamphlet goes on to describe his WWII Navy career, education and much more. That back is entitled : "NIXON says:" I found this most interesting, I'm sure you will as well.
