Greetings! Relive the great memories of high school days, or create some new ones with this fabulous special CLASS RING! This ring features the following unique attributes: Another great Catholic Religious High School ring! Lots of detail and symbolism! Could be for men or women. On both sides, features the Blessed Virgin Mary seated holding the baby Jesus on her lap. I believe the Baby is holding a palm frond or olive branch (peace) or flower. Behind Mary are small flowers, which I think are roses, which are sometimes used as a symbol of the Virgin Mary. Mary has a halo, and she and the Baby are encircle in an oval. Below this is a bundle, tied in the center of flower/leaves/branches, etc. The ones closest to the bottom look like calalillies or lillies. On either side of the oval are leaves. Above this, and to either side are the numbers 19 one side, and 47 on the other side.Year: 1947 School: Our Lady Queen of Peace High School Size: 6 1/4. Can be resized by a jeweler. Stone: Blue. Open-backed ring. The stone has some small chips/wear to it. This is hardly noticable. Metal: 10k yellow gold Weight: 6.2 grams Width: Top to bottom this ring is a large 3/4 inch.
