This KiLLER original DODGE " NEWS " advertising sales brochure is fresh from the office of an affluent multi - generational estate we are currently in the process of liquidating. GUARANTEED to be old, authentic and as represented. This was found with several other really cool old brochures ( different makes / models ) tucked away in an old oak file cabinet...all of which seem to date around 1948 / 1949 / 1950 and are currently being listed : ) This is a nice large newspaper style format 6 page brochure - appears to be circa 1948 / 1949 and measures approx. 15 1/2" high by 10 1/2" wide. It features GREAT FULL COLOR graphics of the DODGE models avaliable incl. the MEADOWBROOK 4 Door Sedan ~ WAYFARER 2 - Door 6 - Passenger Sedan, Roadster, 3 - Passenger Coupe ~ and ~ CORONET Town Sedan, 6 - Passenger Club Coupe, 6 - Passeneger Convertible, " Woody / Woodie " Station Wagon, and the 8 - Passenger Sedan. Also includes some cool " New " features incl. the GYRO - matic Transmission and the Under - Hood All Weather Comfort System. Condition is good given age though well perused....has the original fold, light creasing throughout, small tears at center fold edges ( left and right ) and small split to the center seams in the middle. The back cover shows slight age toning / discoloration - the front cover is bright and clean with a dealer ink stamp from BROST MOTORS INC. - Buffalo, NY. Not NOS but overall a pretty darn nice, scarce example.....how many could have survived ??? SUPER find for any serious DODGE collector offered with a VERY modest starting bid and NO RESERVE !!! We ALWAYS LiST TO SELL !!! This from the home of a 96 year old woman who's late husband was an attorney , as was his father before him. The house is truly FULL of great stuff ! We have just started to list and are still unpacking so please be sure to check back often : ) OUR MISSION STATEMENT : Most all treasures are from our PC ( personal collection ). Some items will be expensive , some items will not . All will have merit . Having decided to move to greener pastures and higher ground , everything must go . We will be offering a vast array of eclectic antiques and collectibles from estates , houses , farms , barns , apts. , old store closings and God knows w .....it's been so long since we've seen some items we can't even remember ! We will not run anything if it needs our apologies.....those items will end up at our local Saturday night auction w ( by the look of E-bay these day's ) , someone else will buy them and probably run them on e-bay :o ) Having been in the estate liquidation business full time for 28 years , we have always had our first pick , so t will be some surprises......Stay tuned and check back often . Please , on a personal note , don't give my wife a hard time ( as she has a heart of gold ) and IS NOT an E-bay slave . You'll find I'm tough , cantankerous , straight forward , occasionally funny , politically correct only by accident and always fair . My wife is laughing at me cuz she say's I may not be able to spell cantankerous but I sure can act it ! : ) Try to remember at the end of the day it's all JUST STUFF and IT IS WHAT IT IS .
