We are offering a very beautiful medal from the United Kingdom, the 1948 British Silver Award Medal Issued for the Royal Agricultural Society of England, Woodlands, Plantations and Estate Nurseries Competition, Engraved by Pinches, Awarded to Col. William St. Andrew Warde-Aldam, DSO, Croix de Guerre (1882-1958), of Hooton Pagnell Hall. Yorkshire. This medal is 54.85 mm and is made of silver (there are no silver marks, so I had it tested and it came back at 96% silver content) (with a total weight of 2.97 ounces or 84.2 grams). The medal has gorgeous lightly gray toned matted mint state silver surfaces and wonderful sharp detail. It comes in its original case of issue. It would be a very nice addition to your collection. Please visit our Coin StorePOSTAGE IS ALWAYS FREE TO US PURCHASER AND REDUCED TO INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS.FREE!
