1950 BEALE & 1955 O'BRIEN BANK OF ENGLAND TEN SHILLINGS BANKNOTES

The notes have a portrait of Britania on the left side on the obverse

The reverse features two 10/- symbols

They are signed in facsimilie by two different Chief Cashiers

The note signed by P.S. Beale dates from 1950

The note signed by L.K. O'Brien dates from 1955

They are are in well used condition with multiple creases

I would describe the notes as fine to very fine (F/VF) using the grading guide in 'The Banknote Yearbook 7th Edition' (published in 2011). The Beale note is reference number BE30c on page 68 & the O'Brien note is on page 69 of this book

The notes in the scans are the ones you will receive, so please judge the condition for yourself
