1950 LICATA FOR CENEDESE AQUARIUM MURANO BOOKENDS MINT
Measures: 6" Wide x 4 3/4" High and 6" Wide and 5" High Description: Rare Cenedese aquarium bookends. These are attributed to Ricardo Licata for Cenedese and are very rare containing the applied waves at the base of each. Each one has a single fish with seaweed of two colors. The waves are clear, but t is green glass casing on the bottom of the bookends which actually extends up the front behind the waves, which make them appear green. The bottoms are polished. T is an import label on the front of one and on the back of the other. T is an example of one which is similar, not as rare or complicated, in Leslie Pina's Italian Glass Century 20. It is valued at $600-800. These are a steal... Condi tion: MINT!! No damage including chips, cracks, repairs or impact marks. A flaw is a defect, visible mark or inclusion in the glass, from the factory, and includes air bubbles, straw lines, unevenness, and variations in color. Damage is a chip, crack, impact mark, scratch, or repair. Shipping: Combined weight is 10 pounds. If the shipping calculator is not working, you can go to and add one half pound in the shipping calculator and my zip code, 78233, for an estimate of the freight. The addition of one half pound is necessary for double boxing and the safe packaging of this item. Exact freight will be calculated after packaging, and ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS WILL BE CONVEYED VIA USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL. This is the only method which has insurance and tracking. Insurance: On all sales We Require Full Insurance , and only rarely can they be combined because of the fragility of the glass. I have not had a single piece arrive broken. Returns: I only accept returns on glass that has after factory defects that have not been disclosed in the listing. You must contact me within three days after receiving the shipment.
