~ Vintage Circle Pin ~ Sterling Silver White Guilloché Enamel 1⅛ inch diameter 1950s - 1960s Aksel Holmsen This magnificent retro period, mid-century modern round circle brooch is an exquisite example of fine, vintage jewelry. It is made of solid sterling silver with White Guilloché Enamel. This is a fantastic, brilliant, eye catching piece; the photos do not show its true beauty. An elegant masterpiece. A beautiful jewelry creation of sensational design, exquisite detail, nice weight and superb craftsmanship. The Aksel Holmsen Silver Co., located in Sandefjord, Norway since 1932, is best known for its beautiful sterling silver and enamel pins made in the 1950s and 1960s. The maker's mark for this workshop is crossed jeweler's bench tools. In original, untouched condition just as it has descended throughout the years. I will let you do the polishing!
