This is a RARE find. The pictures below are of the exact tray in this sale. As you can see t are some small scratches and several small rust spots. I am not a grader, but I believe it is in great shape for an antique. I tried to capture everything in the pictures so you who are experts can see for yourselves. T are no dates on the tray but the logo is very telling. The Crown logo, taken from the Pepsi-Cola bottle cap, replaced the oval logo as Pepsi's primary icon in 1945. But, at that time it brought forward the flag logo that was so named in 1940, and the double dots. The logo on the tray actually has the crown logo from 1945, but the Pepsi-Cola letters is the modernized version beginning in 1951 with the single dot and a sleek, more modern-looking script. This is a great part of Pepsi history and a symbol of how Pepsi spread all over the world.
