Aloha, Up for auction from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii this 1950’s framed oil on canvas painting that shows the view at Notre Dame church from Le Point St. Michel in Paris. My client’s parents worked for NATO and were stationed in the 1950’s at different locations all over after-war Europe. My client’s father purchased this piece when visiting Paris. The painting could use a good cleaning – the paint is thickly applied and shows some cracking in places but is stabile.
