This is a hand blown glass fly catcher used for outdoor dining to keep the pests away from the food. Not something I would use for long term use. It's too pretty for that. Hand made and etched in the early 1950s in Korea. We came across a whole box of these in an old storage locker. Packed in their original boxes. They stand 8 1/2" tall, with cap, by 8 1/2" wide. I just tried one this weekend. I used vinegar first on someones recommendation... It didn't work that well.. So I tried a little margarita mix and it worked almost instantly.. I tell you what, it's a conversation piece for sure..
