1950's LADIES' 18K WHITE GOLD ROLEX WATCH WITH DIAMONDS

This Rolex watch belonged to my mother. It was bought for her in Zurich
in the 1950's. You can see the Rolex crown on the watch stem (see picture). The watch is 18K white gold and is hallmarked "750" on the clasp, along with another designation which appears to us to be "CB." It has sixteen very good quality diamonds around the face. Each of them is approximately 2 mm in diameter; my jeweler estimates each diamond at 3 points, so the total is approximately 1/2 carat. The words "Rolex," "Precision," and "Swiss" are on the watch face. The watch face is round and is approximately 1 cm in diameter. The band is nearly 7 inches long; it is roughly 1 cm wide, a little wider closer to the face and narrower at the ends. The watch weighs 28.5 grams. The watch has been cleaned last year and is in working order. It is a manually-wound watch. I took the watch to my jeweler and they took it apart. They said that the movement case had number "18" on it and another number, "1401" inside a triangle. On the back of the watch case, the numbers "228" and "115" appear. The watch is in generally good condition for its age. The watchband is slightly kinked just below the watch face (see picture), but this is scarcely noticeable when worn. We point this out in fairness to the buyer. I have kept this watch for a long time, thinking that I would wear it. But I don't wear white gold, so I decided to sell it. Enjoy it!
