1950's ~ Lady Head Vase ~ by UCAGCO ~ 6-1/2" Tall Fine porcelain was used manufacturing this quality Head Vase. Additional firing required when 22k gold earrings added which contributed to preventing this head vase from age crazing. CONDITION: Free of craze, cracks, chips, or hairlines. MANUFACTURER: United China & Glass Co. Inc. (UCAGCO). Probably one of the oldest importing companies. Noted for their head vases of high quality and excellent finish. TRADEMARK PAPER LABEL: Affixed head vase's underbase (bottom) reads: "UCAGCO Ceramics Japan". MOLD MARK: Incised trademark mold mark in head vase's underbase. Be sure to add me yo your favorite list!
