The bluebird pattern was created by George Z. Lefton COmpany in the 1950's. The bluebird is one of the most sought after figural patterns of Lefton. The girl firgures have flowers in their hair and have a red bow while the boys have black bow ties. The 1950s pieces are normally marked in green on the bottom of the figurine. The figurine is marked on the bottom in green with a 'C' in a circle signed geo.Z.Lefton 437. The butter dish is approx 4 1/2" H and the dish/plate it sits on is approx 6 1/4" in diameter.
