Here is an original 1950s Battery Operated toy that was made in Japan by Rosko Toys . This toy is call the McGregor , The cigar smoking Scotsman . This toy is in working condition . Please See This Short Video of it in action . PICT0001 The toy is pretty nice . The metal bottom chest is real nice , and no rust inside the battery compartment . The eyes motion work nice , the arm raising the cigar works nice . He stands up and sits back down real nice . The cigar lights up too . He does have a little smoke that comes out of his mouth after he takes a puff of his cigar . He has some dust , dirt on pants and top of hat . Could be cleaned up nice . Not bad at all !! Hair looks pretty nice . Clothes look all intact . No major tears or rips . Nice working Japan toy for your collection , Don't miss out ! You will need 2 D batteries , batteries are not included .
