This comes from the estate of my mother. She was a collector of many things. In addition to this I have another Native American Indian item I am listing. It is a miniature black pottery vase decorated with a quail. It is the work of Pat and Margie Naranjo. story teller owl figurine done by Sarah Garcia of the Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico. It is likely from the 1950's. Now about this auction. I remember as a child in the 1960s this piece on fireplace mantle. It was likely purchased at the pueblo on my mothers and fathers move out West in the late 1950s. The piece measures 3 1/4" in height and 3 1/2" from wing tip to wing tip. Please note that the piece does have a crack (see photo). It also has a shallow chip in the back of the right ear. This could be touched-up. As you can see the piece still displays well. Thank you for your interest and good luck bidding. I have an excellent feedback rating and hope to keep it through accurate descriptions and excellent service. I describe all items to the best of my ability. All descriptions and facts given are what I believe to be true.
