EARLY 1950s VOGUE GINNY DOLL PRETTY FACE BALD HEAD READY FOR NEW WIG Offered for your consideration is a nice early 1950s Vogue Ginny doll with a very pretty face and a clean, smooth head ready for a new hairdo. She is not perfect, but she has many positive features and would be a lovely addition to your early 1950s Ginny doll collection. This little Ginny still has rosy cheek color despite some rubs, particularly on her right cheek. Her painted eyebrows and eyelashes are a bit faded but even and well-defined. Thay are a really nice tan color. Her bald head is clean and ready for a new wig. The doll is marked Vogue Dolls on her back. She is a strung non walker doll. I believe she still has her original elastic bands. They are still intact, so she could be displayed as is, but, realistically, she should be restrung in order to hold poses well, particularly her arms. Her torso and limbs are intact with no stains, gouges or odors. She is very clean. She has all her fingers and toes. Her clear blue sleep eyes will close with just a bit of help. I am not a doll expert, so I am just giving you my opinion as a hobbyist. Please view the photos to form your own opinion and please ask questions.
