For sale is a vintage Wade miniature figurine of a Leprechaun on Pig. This figure is part of the First Version: Brown Faces of the Lucky Fairy Folk Series that was issued from 1956- circa 1960s. The figure measures 4.5 by 3.5 cm and he has a red hat, grey trousers, blue coat, and blue boots. The figurine has a blue ink mark on the front feet of the pig, but the letters are very blurred. The figure is in great condition- free from any chips, cracks, repairs or any other damage. The figure may be found on page 27 of the Charlton Standard Catalogue of Wade Whimsical Collectables (7th ed.) by Pat Murray (North York, Ontario: The Charlton Press, 2004) w it is valued at $75 US, $90 CDN and 45 British Pounds. The value of this figure has likely increased due to the increasingly popularity of Wade whimsies and I am listing this figure at a very reasonable starting price.
