.This auction is for an used Zippo lighter made in 1950 or 1951 with the rare full leather wrap.Still has the original gold stamp on the bottom of the leather.These were the only models Zippo made that did not have a stamped metal bottom and with a lip w the top and bottom meet.The leather has bubbles on both sides and 4 of the 8 corners are worn to the brass.Has late 1940s nickle insert and sparks fine.Original hinge has light play.A very hard to find model in any condition.One of the best Zippo models ever. .
