This is a 1952 built Nathan AirChime MS-1, single chime horn, which is from a former Santa Fe/ATSF locomotive, and is still in ATSF blue paint, most likely from a small EMD switcher or GP locomotive. Date stamped and model number stamped on backcap and manifold. See photos of examples of MS-1s in use on Santa Fe locomotives.Horn is in excellent shape, however does have a small crack on the bell flare.
