You are bidding on a rare 1952 Washington silver quarter that is NGC certified Proof 67 Superbird (FS-901). This is the famous "Superbird" variety which has a little S on the Eagle's breast on the reverse and only 6 have ever graded higher. Since this error was struck on 1 die only, you can bet there are very few around. The Cherry Pickers Guide rates this as a URS 9 (250 or so known to exist). You don't see these in such a high grade very often, and this one has very nice deep mirror surfaces on both side.
