This Silvertone 1344 guitar amp with tremolo is in unbelievable condition. I've never seen one of these before and it is extremely cool. I had to take a couple of my friends for medicinal treatment after they saw and played through this amp. It has the original knobs, a field coil 12-inch speaker, original leather handle. It was made between 1952-1954.
The cabinet is in very good shape for its age, corners are still solid. The "leatherette" covering is a brownish burgundy color. The silver metallic grill cloth is in great shape as is the silver ring around the grill cloth.
Because of the amps age, I went ahead and replaced all the capacitors. Tested the tubes as well. I've played through this amp for hours and hours with no problems, just incredible sound
I promise to pack this like it was made of glass so it will arrive undamaged.
