1953 Boy Scouts of America Irvine Jamboree Lot of 25 items ranging from fair good condition.Items include Smokey The bear Conservation Packet( lots of wear and rips at the bottom corners and edges)Nice area map of the jamboree on the back cover. NWF Conservation program 2 page brochure,Scout medical record for the jamboree, stationary (8)and envelopes(4) with Jamboree Logo, Wildlife merit badge book given to scouts at jamboree , Soil Conservation booklet, booklet titled "From the dust of the earth, booklet Johnny Grass Seed, "All Aboard" Special railroad map and information about the Jamboree, (some slight splitting along the seams) Junior chamber of Commerce jamboree ID card, , Certificate of participation from the jamboree, San Francisco Welcomes the Boy map.,Orange County jamboree Visiter's map unfolding to a color map of the areas surrounding the Jamboree, Jamboree Song Book, Jamboree Telephone Handbook and Diary from pacific Telephone, Jamboree address tag, Scout troop #33 address tag, jamboree Brass Coin (tarnished), International Morse Code signal,Jamboree Application for scout or explorer (This was never filled out) plus some newspaper clippings, some papers relating to Scout Rosters, equipment needed, and requirements. Some really great stuff from the 1953 Jamboree. Items are not perfect and some show more wear then others, all paper has some degree of age yellowing.Buyer pays for actual mailing cost of $7.60 for priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.
