Up for auction are three (3) SGC graded cards from the 1954 Bowman collection. These cards have been graded to verify authenticity and eliminate the possibility of abuses such as trimming, adding color, or any other altering that would prevent grading. #65 MICKEY MANTLE - HOF - SGC 10/1 - POOR. I'd say the grade says it all. Nevertheless, it is still an early, rare card of Mickey Mantle and displays quite well yet contrasted against the black borders of the SGC case. But it does have severe creasing and some surface scuffing. As seen in the scan t is also a centering issue. The back has some staining at each end of the card but all writing is still easily readable. The corners are rounded. However, t is no evidence of paper loss, holes, or writing on this card. T are still many qualities with this card most important of which is that it is still an early '50s Mantle card and one that most likely would make someone on a very strict budget quite happy....and that's what makes this hobby so great. #12 ROY McMILLAN - SGC 50/4 - VG/EX. Slightly off-center both ways but not a distraction. The corners are nice showing only slight wear to the tips. The back is beautiful. The front has great color and focus. T are no creases or paper wrinkles on this card. #20 ART HOUTTEMAN - SGC 50/4 - VG/EX. Slightly off-center both ways but not a distraction.. T are no creases or paper wrinkles on the this card. I accept most forms of payment including paypal, money orders, and personal checks which are held the usual 7-10 days. T is a flat $5.00 shipping fee which includes a delivery confirmation tag. The cards in the scan are for sure the ones the winning bidder will receive. However, t are no refunds on graded cards. If paying via paypal, payment should be made within 7 days. If the winner chooses to pay via check or money order a quick email stating such would be appreciated which would allow additional time for postal delivery. Thanks for looking.
