I am in the process of listing and selling a huge number of 1950s Baseball cards from my personal collection. The beautiful 1956 Topps set has been sold and the 1954 Bowman set is currently listed and selling. Scans will be included of every card to show the respective centering. 1954 Bowman #66 Ted Williams PSA 3 No creases! Rare! Ted Williams was simply the greatest hitter to ever swing a stick. His statistics are breathtaking, and with all those years he did not play ball due to service in WW2 and Korea makes his numbers all that more remarkable. This is a great looking card that must have barely missed a PSA 4. T are no creases and just moderate corner wear. The centering is simply outstanding. It is just a great looking card. The only reason I am selling it is that I am in the market for a PSA 6 or 7. Everyone knows the story as to why this card is so rare. Ted Williams cards need no help with value, but when you add in the reality of this card being pulled from production and replaced, that makes this issue one of the most rare and coveted of his cards. Book value for this card is in the vicinity of $900, but many dealers are asking much more. NO RESERVE! PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will be a flat rate of $13.50 sent Priority Insured Mail.
