This is a special edition model commissioned by the JET petrol company to celebrate 50 years in business. Jet's first petrol tanker, JET 855 (reg. No.), an AEC Mammoth Major was found rusting in a yard and was fully restored for the 50th anniversary of the company. A special edition this new and still sealed model is rare with only a limited number made for the company and never, as far as can be ascertained, sold to the general public.
